Meet barred dance apparatus

Join us for drop in Skills classes to explore Barred Dance which bridges the gap between dance and aerial! Small class size so that you get plenty of attention and time to work on skills while building strength and confidence. All levels welcome.

Have you been to several of our Barred skills classes and now you’re ready to learn choreography and flow it all together? Now, you can! You do need approval from the instructor to attend choreo classes. Must have attended some skills classes first. Let’s play!!
